About Hua Dong Boiler

Zhang Jiagang Huadong Boiler Co., Ltd. was established in 1985 and we provide industrial boiler components to boiler project contractors or large boiler manufacturers. These components include boiler steel drums, economizers, superheaters, water wall tubing, boiler header manifolds, and more. We also offer turnkey services for customers, providing everything from design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance.

Industrial boilers are used all over the world and quality is key when it comes to equipment that deals with high heat and pressure. Therefore, Hua Dong Boiler emphasizes product quality and institutes effective measures to eliminate defective goods through strict raw materials inspection, scientific management on each stage of processing, and other general quality control steps. We are an ISO9001:2008 quality management system certified enterprise and have obtained ASME “S”, “U”, “NB” certificates. We have also been recognized by the American Mechanical Engineering Association.

The Production base of Huadong Boiler spans an area of around 80,000 square meters, which allows us to easily accommodate large-scale production orders, providing high-quality assurance and fast delivery. Additionally, to ensure the efficiency and high quality of production, our factory is fully equipped with advanced production machinery like flame cutting machines, automatic submerged arc welding machines, CNC boring and milling machines, etc. Recently we invested in a heat treatment machine for the normalizing and tempering of various alloy steels.

We employ more than 700 workers, including 80 engineering and technical personnel, over 200 qualified welders, and 30 professional testing personnel (including RT-III level flaw detection employees).
