Customization processes- Customers provide the parameters of boiler replacement parts, such as temperature, pressure, material, efficiency rating and preliminary drawings.
- Refine the design details of boiler components or provide the improvement plans according to customer requirements. Eventually, we can provide the modified drawings to the customers.
- Customers evaluate the plans and make suggestions for revision to confirm the final drawing.
- We calculate the cost and submit quotation and technical information.
- Negotiate delivery date, payment method, packaging and shipping method and sign contract.
- We purchase raw materials and manufacture, conduct quality control procedures on raw materials, processing techniques and quality inspection processes according to the specific requirements from customers, so that we can offer customers qualified customized industrial boiler components.
- Customers or a third party comes to the factory to inspect the goods, after confirmation deliver to the customer's designated location.
- After-sales service. Provide installation and maintenance manuals. Submit solutions and provide assistance to customers when problems arise.
